EPS Filling Gun

   1. Function

      - EPS filling gun is used to feed raw materials (EPS/EPP) to shape molding

          machine.

      - In addition to standard size, special sizes (various diameters and lengths)

         are available to meet customers' needs.

    2. Characteristics

       - Resistance to corrosion and excellent durability.

       - No need for trimming product after molding work.

       - Smooth injection of materials into shape molding machine.

     3. Type  

       (1) Feeder C-1

            * Length (a): can be customized.

            * Diameter (b): both 36mm and 40mm are available.

            * Key coupler (c): cost can be reduced with this key coupler.

               If part (d) is purchased additionally, exisiting feeder can be used.

            * Length (d): can be adjusted with nut.  

        (2) Feeder C-2

             * Diameter: 30mm, 36mm, 35mm, 40mm are available.

             * Length can be adjusted with bolt (a)

             * Diameter (b): can be customized (30mm & 40mm).   

             * Length (c): can be customized.

         (3) Feeder C-3 (Basic Model)

              * Length (a): can be customized (250, 300, 400mm)

              * Diameter (b): can be customzied (30, 36, 40mm dia)

              * Diameter (c): can be customized (30, 36, 40mm dia)

              * Length (d): can be customized (20~60mm)
